I am entering college for the first time. It feels like I just got out of High School, and here I am again back in school. In My younger days, I was an decent artist for my age. Creating art in various forms was my favorite thing practically. Now at age 5, my skill was naturally not very advanced or refined, but I still always had a knack and a love for it.

Over the years, My skill has grown noticably, as art has continued to remain at the forefront of my interests. Unfortunately, at the start of highschool I stopped creating art on a regular basis. In fact, I stopped doing any real, personal projects almost entirely. I think the pressure from school was definitely a factor, and also the fact that my focus shifted from creating artwork to working on creative writing.

As every good artist knows, good artwork is 10% talent and 90% hard work and practice. I've got so good artistic talent, but as a result of not using my skills, I have lost many of them. It is going to take some time to get back into the groove of produing work that I can be proud of, but I'm going to try so that I can start posting some of my art on this website (which by the way, rocks my socks.)
